Athletic adventures and silly mushroom pink clouds
I am going to work one more day this week, and then I will have 3 days off. I need to choose a path leading me to complete regeneration, and to manage to get healthy again, as it seems that my main problem now is somehow related to my joints (I have some pain and ache on my shoulders, elbows, and sometimes knees). Some of them were related to weight lifting, where I may have been a bit too eager to train, and at least one elbow problem was linked to a few shopping bags that I carried home, they were a bit too heavy. And some knee problem, silly thing, started last summer when I was jumping ropes, I heard a crack and it took me almost six months to recover most of the knee function.
What can I say, maybe the stress that I project into my body is a bit too much, and now I am thinking about checking it with a doctor, but these doctors in here, I do not know, most likely will not take me too seriously, or give me some painkillers. Which I will not take. I am taking it easy, at least for a while, in order to let my shoulders recover, I think they will do, trying to use a combination of hot and cold (sauna and cold showers). I may need to check the elbow, as this it seems to need more to recover, now being in the second month and the issue is still present. I wonder if my mattress and my pillow have anything to do with some of the problems too?
